PRESCHOOL TEACHERS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

1. Email Marketing Automation:

Operate and optimize email marketing systems using various tools.

Design, implement, and improve automated email flows based on the customer journey.
Monitor and analyze metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.) and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

2. Chatbot & Customer Interaction:
Build and optimize chatbot scripts on various platforms (Facebook, Zalo, Website, etc.) to increase response rates and provide automated customer care.

Analyze user behavior from chatbots to improve the user experience.

3. Seeding & Social Listening:

Implement strategic seeding on social media channels and community groups according to the marketing plan.

Monitor social listening periodically (weekly/monthly): analyze trends, identify potential crises, and measure the level of interest from parents/customers.

4. Digital Ads: Propose implementation plans across channels and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong writing skills, good language and communication skills. Candidates with strong content thinking and digital orientation are preferred.
Experience or basic knowledge of tools such as Mailchimp, chatbots, social listening tools, and SEO is an advantage.
Graduates in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing are preferred. English proficiency is a plus.
Dynamic, honest, meticulous, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.
